日本語: ヨコヅナサシガメ孵化時共食い 前年から産卵場所としているミズキの若干オーバーハングした窪みに今シーズンは２つの卵鞘が産み付けられていたが、遅く孵った側が早く孵った側に襲われている。お腹が大きくなり蟻と見まがう体型と成った個体は既に摂食済。ヨコヅナサシガメのコロニーは幼虫から羽化時成虫までいつも仲が良いので感心していたため、撮影時、共食いしている姿を見てショックを受けたが、孵化時にはよくあると言う事を後から知った。 |
