Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Like almost all breads and pastries, the sweet bread is very likely to be of French origin, in this case it has become in Mexico and in the world a dessert offered on any special occasion, and is liked by children and adults.

In this photo, you can see a sweet homemade bread with a very Mexican ingredients, chocolate and vanilla (although it can be flavored with any type of pod such as vanilla that grows in Mexico, fruits, and other ingredients that combine with flour), although due to the temperature of the oven that was passed a few degrees, these "conchas" lost the characteristic lines in their sweet crust, which resemble sea shells.

This bread made from milk and flour (among other ingredients) is traditionally served in Mexico for breakfast, it can be accompanied by hot milk chocolate, coffee, tea, atole (a sweet infusion added with grain flours and varied natural flavorings), or just as a dessert.
