English: Col. Thomas Spencer, commander, 197th Field Artillery Brigade, and Command Sgt. Maj. Victor May, command sergeant major, 197th Field Artillery Brigade provide feedback to Capt. Delbert Avery, commander, Bravo Battery, 119th Field Artillery, and Spc. Jordan LaRoche, driver, Bravo Battery, 119th Field Artillery, during an After Action Review, at Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, Mich., July 14. They partook in one of the reconnaissance lanes as one of the exercises at eXportable Combat Training Capability. XCTC is a battle-field simulation for National Guard units to measure their combat readiness. As part of the 197th FAB, these soldiers will be participating in a nearly three-week Annual Training. This is the first time since their deployment to Kuwait, in support of Operation New Dawn in 2010, the Brigade will conduct training as an entire unit. (Photo by Sgt.
