Description
English: Afghan Border Police (ABP) and Afghan National Civil Order Police conduct casualty evacuation procedures by employing various buddy carry techniques during a Combat Life Saver (CLS) course on Forward Operating Base Fenty, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan, Oct. 20, 2013.
