North 17th Street runs up the photograph from the lower middle to the upper right and features Second Baptist Church, 186 North 17th Street. East Spring Street runs across the middle of the picture. See also: City of Columbus Ordinance Number 1834-81 (Z81-061) - To rezone Lots 116. 115 and 95 ' of 114 in East Grove Addition, located on the west side of 17th St., between Spring and Long Streets (185-210 N. 17th St.).
