Description The road from Mansura Detention Centre to Mansura Roundabout which leads to the ancient border town of Sheikh Othman. It was along this road that a fierce fire fight took place in early April as 13 Platoon, 3 Royal Anglian, secured the road allowing UN Observers to exit the detention centre. As the gun battle grew with intensity, the UN Mission left in a helicopter. It was here in Mansura that Cpl Watson was shot and killed some weeks previously.
