Description
Bahasa Melayu: Acar buah adalah makanan yang biasanya di sajikan pada majlis-majlis kenduri khususnya majlis perkahwinan. Biasanya makanan ini sewaktu majlis kenduri yang aku hadiri. Boleh lah aku makan acar buah ni sepuas hati. Kengkadang ada aku beli yang dah siap paket dalam bekas. Tapi tak dapat merasa makan puas sebab biasanya yang untuk jualan isinya sikit dan yang lebihnya bawang saja.

Berangan juga aku nak buat. Tapi tak pernah jumpa resepi yang sesuai. Harga buah-buahan kering pun dah mahal sekarang. Bila di masukkan pelbagai jenis buah asam yang di jeruk dan di keringkan baru sedap rasanya. Itulah bercinta juga lah nak menyediakan bahan membuatnya.

Kelmarin, aku jumpa sebuah resepi acar buah di FB. Jadi berkobar-kobar semangat nak membuatnya. Sebelum resepi acar buah ni menghilang dan menyorok di FB, aku dokumentasi kan resepi ini di blog. Ada waktu nanti, aku persiapkan bahan-bahan dulu, aku nak cuba membuatnya.

Agak susah juga nak membuatnya. Tapi di sebabkan menjadi antara makanan kegemaran, mestilah nak kena buat. Jangan asyik pandai makan sahaja dan patutlah harganya mahal, agak memakan masa dan rumit juga cara penyediaannya... kan!
