A river believed to have always looked out for the local until they trespassed

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The locals tell of the past when this river didn't drown people even if they know not how to swim. They believed that the gods were always looking out for them then, but presently times have changed and they agreed that they have offended and trespassed against the gods and now this same river takes a lot of lives.
