Description Abu Ghraib 79. 8:40 p.m., Nov. 3, 2003. Two detainees. One detainee is nude and has water being pour from an above spout. Another detainee watches from the side. The detainee to the right has a tattoo on his right hand. The tattoo appears to be that of a face. All caption information is taken directly from CID materials. U.S. Army / Criminal Investigation Command (CID). Seized by the U.S. Government.
