Summary
[edit]DescriptionAbhishek Raghuram et al 03.jpg |
Carnatic vocalist Abhishek Raghuram, in concert at Eastshore Unitarian Church, Bellevue, Washington, accompanied by Mysore K. Srikanth (violin), Manoj Siva (mrudangam), and Dr. Ravi Balasubramanian (ghatam). Part of the Seattle-area Ragamala concert series. This is one of a series of photos I (Joe Mabel) took on that occasion. It was not ideal shooting conditions for my inexpensive digital camera, which only shoots at about the equivalent of ISO 400 at most. In general, I underexposed (in various degrees) to avoid too much motion blur, planning to fix what I could in postprocessing. About 60 images have been uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons. In each case, the raw version is uploaded and, in most cases, one (or occasionally two) versions that are colormapped lighter (and sometimes bluer) and, in about half the cases, cropped. |
