DescriptionAbencerrajes.jpg |
English: This shot shows some of the intricate Islamic carvings in the Alhambra Palace, Granada. The dim interior conditions meant that I should have used a tripod, but it was just not possible with the crowds of tourists being ushered through as if on a conveyor belt. So I leaned against the wall and took a deep breath to keep the camera steady. Please click on All Sizes and view the original version to get a better idea of the intricacy. (NOTE: The details of the vault are plaster, not carving as stated by the photographer. Amandajm) Alhambra Carvings |
