Русский: Стела "Лора". 1980 год. Декоративное сооружение изображает хакасскую женщину, протягивающую гостям города чашу с национальным напитком айраном.

Художники А.В. Секунда и А.Г. Балтыжаков. Скульптор: А.Д. Давыдов.

Своё неофициальное название стела получила от имени бывшего секретаря горкома КПСС - Ларисы Ивановны Орешковой.
