English: Kuttu flour is a gluten free flour and is also at the time of Fasting specially in Navratri.
It is a very healthy recipe as the kuttu flour (buckwheat) is beneficial for those who have diabetes. Kuttu flour is loaded with proteins but doesn't contain a high number of calories which helps in weight loss. The aaloo ki sabji is served alongside curd which helps indigestion.
