Summary
[edit]DescriptionA very wet Anchor Lane - geograph.org.uk - 659913.jpg |
English: A very wet Anchor Lane Efforts to reach the Anchor Inn on the bank of the Ouse are thwarted by flooding. The van was not in difficulty, but had just wisely decided to give up and reverse. The main worry was driving off the narrow lane into deep ditches on either side. The hump ahead is the course of an abandoned railway - beyond the flood continued. |
