Description
English: Fleuron from book:
A sermon, preached May 6, 1787, before the Mayor and Corporation of the City of Rochester, at the parish church of Strood, for the benefit of the Humane Society. By the Rev. John Ward Allen, M. A. Minor canon of the Cathedral Church of Rochester, and Curate of Strood. To which are added, Reflections upon Premature Death and Interment; together with Directions for the Treatment of Persons apparently Drowned, as recommended by the Humane Society.
