Description
English: The queen is hard to get. The whole mound has to be demolished. The queen can be eaten raw or cooked, roasted in a leaf over charcoal. Termites and their mounds are used for a lot of things all across Africa. Termite mounds are used for burial ground. Edible mushrooms grow on them that people eat or use as a source of income especially women. Termites are a good source of chicken food. Mound soil is used for making pots and bricks. Things left on the termite mound should not be taken so bad omen doesn't follow you because certain spirits are driven out on termite mounds.
