English: SEM image of 11 superconducting qubits chip. The qubits are connected in a chain to form a new type of quantum simulator. Here, you can consider the key architectural elements of superconducting devices as transmon qubits based on sub-100nm Josephson Junctions, microwave coplanar resonators, and superconducting airbridges to equalize the electric potential of the ground over the entire area of the quantum circuit. The width of the airbridges is 15 microns.
In order to create such quantum circuits, FMN Laboratory has developed unique multilayer technologies including hundreds of technological operations and bringing the parameters of these devices at the level of the best world analogues. Today, the results of this work allow dozens of leading Russian scientists to carry out complex experiments aimed at developing a Russian quantum computer.
Русский: Квантовый симулятор на основе 11 сверхпроводящих кубитов
Электронное изображение чипа из 11 сверхпроводящих кубитов, связанных в цепочку для формирования квантового симулятора нового типа. На схеме можно рассмотреть ключевые элементы архитектуры подобных сверхпроводниковых устройств: кубиты-трансмоны на основе суб-100нм Джозефсоновских переходов, сверхвысокочастотные копланарные резонаторы, а также сверхпроводящие «воздушные мосты» для выравнивания электрического потенциала земли по всей площади квантовой схемы. Ширина такого моста составляет 15 мкм. Для создания таких квантовых схем в НОЦ ФМН разработаны уникальные многослойные технологии, включающие сотни технологических операций и обеспечивающие параметры этих устройств на уровне лучших мировых аналогов. Сегодня результаты этих работ позволяют десятками ведущих ученых России проводить сложнейшие эксперименты, нацеленные на разработку российского квантового компьютера. |
