English: A complete late Medieval cast copper alloy knife terminal. The terminal is cylindrical with an oval section. Both sides of the terminal has rectangular engraved decoration with a large X through each. The end of the terminal has an engraved 8 point star, with one point no longer visible. The engraved decoration has been filled with a different alloy, possibly a lead alloy. The opposite terminal is covered in copper alloy and iron corrosion products, The terminal is in fair condition.
