A cast copper alloy seal box.
Description
English: A cast copper alloy seal box of Roman date. Only the base remain. The seal box in rectangular in shape with two opposing circular protrusions. These would probably have been inlayed with enamel. On the reverse of the box is a lozenge-shaped moulding. Lenght: 24mm, width: 16mm, weight: 2.4g.
