Description
Magyar: A Népszínház 1875. október 15-én nyitotta meg kapuit Józsefvárosban, a mai Blaha Lujza téren. Alapítványi tulajdonú, városi kezelésű színház volt. Épületét kifejezetten ennek terveztették Ferdinánd Fellner bécsi építésszel. Ebben a formában 1908. június 30-ig működött. Ezután épületét a Nemzeti Színház társulata bérelte.
