English: A Post Medieval copper alloy conical button dating to the 17th century. This button is conical with a flat back with two blow-holes in the back. The shank has a D-shaped cross-section and appears to be a separate element.

Similar buttons are illustrated by Read (2005:116 no.474) that are dated to the 17th century.

Dimensions: length: 17.88mm; diameter: 12.60mm; weight: 2.50g.
