A Place For Self-Destruction es una banda mexicana originaria de Cuautitlan Izcalli, Estado de México, la banda tuvo sus orígenes en el año 2005, con los miembros fundadores Mario Ruiz y Arturo Durán como guitarristas y Roberto Tejero en la batería, por diferentes motivos el proyecto estuvo en segundo plano dadas las actividades de sus integrantes, fue hasta finales del año 2008 e inicios del 2009 cuando empezaron a retomar el proyecto. un año mas tarde a finales de octubre de 2010, se incorpora Alberto Dosamantes y Adriana Flores como vocalistas oficiales de la banda, al no encontrar un bajista del genero, Mario Alberto Tomo la decisión de convertirse en el bajista de la banda. Hasta la fecha solo han tenido una presentación en vivo, dado que se encuentran grabando su primer material.
