Description
English: A Nigerian local dish called Amala (made from plaintain flour) and Ila (Okro). Amala is a natural source of resistant starch that helps to reduce blood glucose levels, so it is considered an excellent ingredient for food fortification. A plate of fruits which include Watermelon, Cucumber, Banana, Mango and Pineapple. Fruits also provide a wide range of health-boosting antioxidants, including flavonoids. Eating a diet high in fruits can reduce a person's risk of developing heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and diabetes. The bottle of water is for the proper digestion of the meal.
