Title
A Medieval incomplete ceramic glazed floor tile (1350s-1390s)
Description
English: A Medieval incomplete ceramic glazed floor tile (1350s-1390s). The tile is decorated with a two-tone pattern in white slip against a red background. The pattern comprises a central flower motif with five petals with a circular border. In each corner there is another five petalled flower within a semi-circular border; this border is broken and the broken spur protrudes in the central circular border. Traces of glaze remain. Some of the tile and the pattern are missing.

Jackie Keily suggested it was produced in Penn, Buckinghamshire.
