Description
English: Chemical structure of AM251, a structural analog of the diaryl pyrazole SR141716 (rimonabant). Iodine has been substituted for chlorine in the para position of the 5-phenyl ring of rimonabant. This derivative appears to be more potent and selective than rimonabant.
