Description

In 1984 the first Alberta handicap license plates appeared they were issued along with the undated rear view mirror placard (far left). Later they were issued for five years with a regular Alberta license plate month tab and a wheelchair date sticker. These were issued for five years. These three placards are made of a light, thin plastic like material.

These earlier issued placards were marked "ALBERTA SOLICITOR GENERAL"
