Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The beautiful "Kerkdorp" (church village) monument complex designed in 1913 by renowned Dutch architect, A.J. Kropholler. (1881-1973). Kropholler's complex, stands proudly next to the Circus Theater, in the heart of The Hague's international four season beach resort district of Scheveningen, The Hague, and is just steps from Holland's beachfront on the North Sea. The complex is comprised of 13 grand homes, the "Onze Lieve Vrouw van Lourdeskerk" and, perhaps what may be of the greatest interest, the Lourdeskapel (Lourdes Chapel) where a unique 1:13 scale replica the Lourdes Grotto in Massabielle (FR) awaits discovery.
