English: A closeup of the “honeycomb” structure in the 16-foot supersonic wind tunnel at Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn., is shown. The purpose of the honeycomb is to enhance wind tunnel flow quality. The installation process was completed in October 2023. The honeycomb is a single-piece structure that measures 55 feet in diameter, 4 feet thick and weighs more than 67 tons.
