English: I assume that some homeless person is using this buggy rather than a shopping trolley. Maybe someone drove of without it … let’s hope that the did not forget the baby. Of course it may be an example of illegal dumping. Of course some people may have another explanation.
Recently I was listening to a discussion on radio in the UK about Brexit and someone made the following comment: “Migrants get so much social welfare support that they can abandon child buggies at bus-stops because they can get a new one straight away”. After searching online I discovered that some here in Ireland have made and are making similar claims about asylum seekers. Could an abandoned buggy be responsible for the UK leaving the EU? |
