הערות: בית דונדיקוב הוא הבית השלישי שנבנה ברחובות. הוקם ב 1891 על ידי אחד מראשוני המייסדים, אברהם יהושע דונדיקוב, שנפטר ב1892. הבית היה בראש הגבעה בחירבת דוראן. עליית הגג הייתה מגורי ראשוני פועלי רחובות. בסמוך לבית הותקן פעמון המושבה.הגבעה נקראה גבעת הפעמון ובית דונדיקוב - הבית בראש גבעת הפעמון. הפעמון צלצל בשעות קבועות להתרעת אירועים חריגים או לכנס אספות. לכל מאורע היה צלצול ייחודי. בתו אסתר, התחתנה עם משה סמילנסקי, ממנהיגי היישוב העברי, שגר בבית המשפחה. הבית היה אחד הבתים המרכזיים ביישוב העברי.
