English: One of a series of photos taken since June 2012 when Haringey put into operation the second phase of new waste management arrangements for 40,000 more households.
The new scheme aims to substantially increase recycling rates. But in the transition period there were numerous problems. One was the complaint that large new recycling bins added to existing waste bins to make a "wall" of bins in front of people's homes. At first glance this photo seems to confirm that impression.
