Description
English: U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Andre Montijo-Ginard, a human resources noncomissioned officer in the 7th Mission Support Command, emphasizes the importance of personnel actions and award processes to the participants of the 7th MSC’s human resources professional development forum in Garmisch, Germany, Jul. 10, 2024. Montijo-Ginard is apart of the reviewing process for all 7th MSC personnel actions and aims to streamline administrative processes and procedures by his block of instruction in the forum. The 7th Mission Support Command is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe and Africa missions across the theater.
