Description
English: U.S. Army Reserve Sgt.1st Class Ivan Sanchez, a career counselor supporting the 163rd Regional Support Group, 7th Mission Support Command explains the transition process from active duty to the Reserve at the Rose Barracks Hiring Our Heroes event, Wednesday, Apr. 24, 2024, at the Rose Barracks Community Center, Vilseck, Germany.

The 7th MSC collaborated with HOH and U.S. Army Garrison's Rheinland-Pfalz, Stuttgart, and Bavaria to host a series of three hiring events, connecting service members and eligible dependents with career opportunities local to where they serve.

The 7th Mission Support Command is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe and Africa missions across the theater.
