English: GRAFENWOEHR, Germany - Multinational observer British Army Reverend (Col.) Richard Smith, assistant chaplain general, 3rd Division Headquarters, advises a religious support training course focused on planning, preparing, executing, and assessing religious support programs in Grafenwoehr, Germany, May 4, 2023. 7th ATC and Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine chaplains developed and hosted the religious support instruction for 25 international military chaplains in collaboration with the U.S. European Command's Religious Affairs Office, the U.S. Army Europe and Africa's Office of the Chaplain, Security Assistance Group-Ukraine, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine's Chief of Military Chaplain Service.
