They show recent dumping on the pavement outside 7 White Hart Lane N17, a Grade II nationally listed building. Much of the rubbish seems to be trade waste - and in fact some of the bags I've seen in the last few weeks were marked as such. I've previously reported and photographed dumping at this location. <a href="https://www.flickr.com/alanstanton/sets/72157625240500632/">Photos here</a>. I walked past at different times and there always seems to be something left out. I also saw someone cross the road to add to the pile. Sadly predictable if people see regular dumping and clearance as an opportunity to 'freeload'. (1) Can you please tell me whether this location is an authorised collection point for residential and/or trade waste? (2) If so: (a) When was this agreed; (b) Were residents of 7 White Hart Lane asked? (c) At what times should waste be left on the pavement awaiting collection? (3) If it's not an authorised collection point, what steps are being taken to prevent waste dumping and fine dumpers? |
