Description
English: 5 Medieval strap ends: 
 - part of sheet plate of composite carefully cut transversely, concave attachment edge with round grooved aperture and two rivet holes, solder on reverse suggesting former presence of a forked spacer. Width 20mm, surviving length 29mm.
 - part of sheet plate of composite broken transversely, scalloped attachment edge with round grooved aperture and two rivet holes, as well as two other similarly sized holes, one very roughly pierced, slight signs in solder on reverse of former presence of forked spacer. Width 19mm, surviving length 26mm.
 - plate from composite with two rivet holes, near knop and straight attachment edge and trefoil knop, bent. Length 43mm, width 7mm.
- 2 shield-shaped plates with bar-mounts secured by single rivets, for use with folding strap clasps: rivet near inside edge missing, 23mm x 18.5mm, mount 4mm x 19mm; both rivets with rectangular roves, gap 1.5mm, 14mm x 11mm, arched mount 3.5mm x 10mm.
