Reckard III as incoming commander Col. Antonio ‘Andy’ Munera looks on, during a change of command ceremony held at Gammon Field, June 25, 2014. Passing of the colors is passed from the standing commander through the senior commander of that organization and is symbolic of the responsibility and all other assumptions for the welfare and success of the unit.
