Description
English: Bacem is a dish from Central Java and Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta people love sweet-tasting bacem, which is with typical brown sugar spices. Actually bacem is a way of processing food to preserve products, such as tempe and tofu. Bacem means soaked in sugar water or salt so that the food becomes durable.
