Saskatoon hosted teams from London, Ontario and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at Gordie Howe Bowl, a football stadium, home of the Saskatoon Hilltops. The game concluded at Saskatoon Hilltops 51 - 7 London Beefeaters.

Quarterback 16 Rob Lyons of the Beefeaters throws the ball, interception by 3 Chris Friesen of the Saskatoon Hilltops who runs the ball in for a touch down. The Hilltops were the Prairie Football Conference (PFC) champions acquiring their 15th championship trophy at the 36th PFC Championship game against the ReginaThunder Oct 21,2012. On Oct 13, 2012, for the very first time in 37 years, the Beefeaters were declared Ontario Football Conference OFC champions with their win over the Hamilton Hurricanes.

The Jostens Cup was awarded to the Saskatoon Hilltops and they go on to play the British Columbia Football Conference Champion for the Canadian Bowl Championship Saturday November 10, 2012 at 1:00 pm with the BCFC hosting the game. The 2012 BCFC Cullen Cup was earned in a 20-13 Langley Rams victory over the Vancouver Island Raiders, therefore, Langley, British Columbia will be host to the Canadian Bowl.
