Length 64mm, width 18mm, thickness 4mm

D shaped cross section, one end is rounded with a knop terminal, the other end is flattened into a very slightly concave, rectangular plate (20mm long, 18mm wide, 2mm thick). There are three holes on the plate, two smaller holes (2.5mm diameter) above one larger hole (4mm diameter), there is a slight amount of ware at the bottom of the larger hole. There are two rivet hole on the bar, one at either end, the bar is slightly expanded around each rivet hole.

The artefact is made from copper alloy, it is slightly worn but has suffered from corrosion with the whole of its original patina is missing and the surface is rather pitted.
