| Description |
32 Church Street (left), and 32 1/2 Church Street (right) between Pearl and Cherry Streets in the Church Street Marketplace of downtown Burlington, Vermont. 32 Church Street, known as the Warner House, was originally built c.1854 as a residence, and was designed in the Greek Revival style. 32 1/2 Church Street is only 10 feet wide and was built in 1912, with its facade changed to aluminum siding in 1965. 32 Church is a contributing property to the Church Street Historic District, but 32 1/2 is not.
