Description

In steam days one of the last regular workings for Sir Nigel's B17 / B2 class 4-6-0s were those from Kings Cross to the University City of Cambridge, the famous 'Cambridge Buffet Express'. Here in the mid 1970s this job had fallen to class 31 diesels as portrayed in this study of 31 264 (Built in 1961). 12th April 1976.
