English: Michael Curry is a First Line Support Analyst with the Army Enterprise Service Desk-Europe and Africa. As a First Line Support Analyst, his duties include investigating and diagnosing customer issues; categorizing and prioritizing trouble tickets, and developing resolutions to customer problems.
