English: The building located at 2346 S Street NW in Washington, D.C., was constructed in 1918 for architect Clarke Waggaman, who also designed the house. The building is a contributing property to the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District and Massachusetts Avenue Historic District. In addition to Waggamn, previous occupants include Secretary Robert A. Lovett.
