Carlos Feliciano, unit supply specialist, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, reacts to contact while testing on the tactical combat casualty care lane during the third day of the Expert Soldier Badge testing phase at Breitenwald Range, Landstuhl, Germany, on May 8, 2024. Some of the tasks the candidates had to complete were things such as requesting a medical evacuation, providing care under fire and moving a casualty, and providing first aid to multiple injuries.
