English: Newly retired soldiers and their families from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command and other Kaiserslautern Military Community units, prepare to be congratulated by senior staff members and other attendees following a retirement ceremony on the Vogelweh Military Complex here, May 30. Sixteen soldiers and one Army civilian were recognized during the ceremony for giving more than 350 years of combined service to their nation. The retirees are: Col. Bradley Dunbar with the US Army Health Facility Planning Agency Col. Russell Holscher with the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Col. John Looper with the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Sgt. Maj.
