English: Sandhill cranes walk through the farmland near the observation building at Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge on Wednesday, January 6, 2024. The 2024 Festival of the Cranes will be held January 12-14 with activities at WNWR and at The Princess Theatre and Alabama Center for the Arts in downtown Decatur.
