Description
Deutsch: Posseltstraße 19, Durlach. Staatliches Weingut (Sachgesamtheit): Hauptgebäude und Vortreibhaus, zunächst einstöckig, 1911/12 durch die großherzogliche Bezirksbauinspektion, dabei Neuterrassierung und Mauerumbauten der Weinberge, 1929/30 bauliche Vergrößerung der Gebäude, u. a. Aufstockung und Flügelanbauten am Hauptgebäude, Vergrößerung des Veredlungssaals, im Unterstock zweiter Vortreibraum, größerer Rebholzkeller, neue Verwaltungsräume im Obergeschoss. 1832 legte Markgraf Wilhelm hier ein Rebgut an, es ging 1875 an einen Durlacher Wirt, 1887 an die Stadt Durlach, 1903 an den badischen Staat. Errichtung einer Rebveredelungsanstalt, die bis 1921 der Landwirtschaftlichen Versuchsanstalt Augustenberg unterstellt war und dann an das Freiburger Weinbauinstitut ging. Seit 1946 ist die Durlacher Einrichtung eine selbständige Anstalt für das Weinbaugebiet des Regierungspräsidiums Nordbaden. Kelleranlagen inzwischen umfassend modernisiert.
