Description	Deutsch: Palaisplatz, östliches Torhaus; kubischer Kernbau mit vorgelegtem Portikus und niedrigen Flügeln, neben Schinkel-Wache bedeutendster klassizistischer Bau Dresdens, baugeschichtlich, künstlerisch und stadtentwicklungsgeschichtlich bedeutend. Torhaus des Leipziger Tores, errichtet nach Plänen von Gottlob Friedrich Thormeyer, 1945 beschädigt, danach wiederaufgebaut und ab 1952 als Dresdner Standesamt genutzt, baugleiches Gegenstück auf der anderen Straßenseite 1969 abgebrochen.
