Erstes Carbonbetongebäude der Welt auf der Grundlage der Baustoffentwicklung von Prof. Dr. Manfred Curbach an der TU Dresden. Architektonischer Entwurf von Prof. Dr. Gunter Henn. Generalplanung durch AIB GmbH Architekten Ingenieure Bautzen. Zustand 6 Wochen nach der Einweihung. Südfassade, östlicher Bereich. Elementierte Platte mit Riß.
